Printing and Delivery
Your book is printed on demand at the time of order. This can take 3-5 days and is included in the delivery times below. Based on the delivery address, your book may be printed in one of several locations and delivery times can vary:

Taxes
Depending on the delivery country, there may be taxes added to the order or additional taxes may be payable upon delivery or collection.

| United Kingdom | There are no taxes on books in the UK. |
| United States | State sales tax may be applied and collected at the time of delivery. The courier may also apply a handling change. |
| European Union | Books are shipped from the UK “Delivery Duty Unpaid”. The receiver may be required to pay VAT at the time of delivery. VAT rates are set by individual countries and range from 0% to 25% (most countries are below 10%). The courier may also apply a handling charge. In addition, books delivered to EU addresses incur a Small Order Surcharge of EUR 3.00, as required by EU legislation. This fee is included in the Shipping and Handling cost. |
| Australia | There is no requirement to add GST to the to the price of the book while the turnover of the business remains below a set threshold. |
| Canada | Books are shipped from the UK “Delivery Duty Unpaid”. The receiver may be required to pay Canadian GST of 5% at the time of delivery. The courier may also apply a handling charge. |
| New Zealand | Books are subject to 15% GST but collection is waived for imports valued at under NZ$1000. |
| All Other Countries | Each individual country may apply customs duty and/or sales tax to the purchase of books from overseas. This will be collected at the time of delivery. The courier may also apply a handling charge. |
