Refund and Returns Policy

Non-Delivery

If you do not receive a book you have ordered, please wait for 14 days from the date of order and then contact us by email at info@medsailingbook.com. If the original book cannot be delivered or located, a new one will be dispatched to you at no additional cost.

Refunds

If for any reason you are not delighted with the book, please send an email to info@medsailingbook.com. Some brief feedback would be much appreciated. Your purchase price will be refunded, and you will be advised whether return of the book is required. Unfortunately shipping costs and taxes that you have paid directly to authorities cannot be refunded.
